Vera's Chrysalis

This morning Vera shared with us about her chrysalis, she has brought one to school so we can all see it hatch into a beautiful butterfly.  Catterpillars go through metamorphisis like we learnt about when the tadpoles visited.  Vera told us that when the chrysalis goes black then the butterfly is about ready to hatch, we can't wait!
